Check in is after 3pm. Check out is before 9am. Upon arrival all guests are required to check-in at our office which is located just north of the cottages on the lakeside.

Camping

Payment Policy

All rates are subject to applicable MN sales tax. Rates are based on payment in cash or check. We gladly accept Visa, Discover, or Mastercard. However, payments via debt or credit card are subject to an additional 4% convenience charge. Rates are also based on 4 person occupancy. Additional guests are $30/night or $150/week per person.

Deposits

Deposits are due at the time of the reservation. A deposit of 50% of the reservation fee will confirm your reservation.

Payments

Please pay the balance of your cottage/RV space reservation upon arrival. Additional charges may be made on your account during your stay (gas, bait, candy, ice cream, etc.) which can be paid for upon departure.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded when, and only if, the cottage or RV space is filled with a new reservation minus a $100 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of the first day of the reservation, and is not re-booked, the reservation holder is responsible for the entire reservation.

Early departures will be charged full price.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed and will be charged a $10 fee. All visitors must check in prior to occupying a unit or visiting ABBYWOOD Resort and are expected to depart prior to sundown. Guests are responsible for their visitors. A visitor is anyone who is not a registered guest of ABBYWOOD Resort and stays more than 30 minutes. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors and to ask any unregistered visitors to leave the premises.

Pets

ABBYWOOD Resort welcomes well behaved pets with applicable fees. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed on resort furniture, including beds. Pets must not be left unattended. Max 2 pets per cottage or campsite. For pets add $20/day or $100/week per pet for cottages and $10/day or $50/week per pet for campsites. Owners are responsible for clean-up, accidents, or damage. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we insist that all waste be cleaned up and thrown in the dumpster immediately. Please let us know when you are making your reservation that you have a pet, so that we can be sure we can accommodate him/her. We ask that pets are kept off the main beach, beach between the cabins, and playground. Pets are welcome to swim on the beach north of the fish cleaning house. Pets must also remain leashed while swimming.
